第九条

“在美国,任何人不得, 以性别为基础, 被排除在…之外, 被剥夺…的利益, or be subjected to 歧视 under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.”

The Mount Union大学 is committed to creating an environment free of harassment and sexual misconduct as well as complying with all requirements as set forth by 第九条 of the 教育 Amendments of 1972 (第九条). Discrimination 以性别为基础 or gender will not be tolerated by any of the University’s education programs or 活动. 这包括, but is not limited to sexual harassment; sexual violence; sex or gender-based bullying; hazing; stalking; relationship violence (including domestic violence and dating violence); as well as failure to provide equal opportunity in admissions, 活动, 就业或运动. Sex and gender violations will be addressed by 第九条 complaint protocols which are jointly coordinated by the offices of human resources and student affairs.

The University 第九条 Co-Coordinators ensure that all campus constituencies receive proper training and review all reported allegations of sex or gender 歧视 including alleged violations of the University’s 机会均等政策, 骚扰, 对所有教员一视同仁, 学生, 员工与第三方.
